Date: 24th & 25th July 2004
Please find below details
of the Alcoa Mandurah Short Course to be held on the 24th and 25th
July 2004, which is the last weekend of the school holidays.
This event has been very
successful in the past due to your participation, support and commitment.
Last year several state records were broken and we look forward to a high
standard of competition again this year. The perpetual trophy is presently in
the hands of the City of Perth Club who were victorious in 2003.
We will again be using
electronic timing and also an electronic score board. All competitors will receive a complimentary drink bottle and
each club a complimentary bottle of wine. Marquees
may be provided for the larger clubs, depending on the number of entries
received. If marquees are required,
they will have flooring and heating.
Due to the timing of the
event in relation to the school holidays, we ask that you have your entries in
to us as early as possible. The closing date for entries is Wednesday 7th
July 2004, and no entries will be accepted if received after this date.
To assist with
communication of any last minute
information we ask that club registrars provide a contact email address.
Additional copies of the entry form can be downloaded.
WASA officials will be
present on both days. Trainee
officials are asked to contact the Swim Meet Officer for allocation of positions
and on roster times.
Hope to see everyone there.
Yours sincerely,
THEO DINGJAN
Swim Meet Officer
